The app itself is pretty good. The problem is when you go to pay for the room on the app, it defaults to charging you for your points rather than the credit card on file. So if you are saving your points and dont catch the app debiting your point balance for the room, you are out of luck.
There is no way to set the app to default to any other form of payment. It will always default to paying with points. If you are a business owner like me and employees use the app, your points will not last long.
I spent hours on the phone trying to get lost points back and having my card charged instead. No luck. There appears to be little concern about this. I have had to move my company hotel bookings to a different app in order to protect what few points I have left.
If you want this app for business save yourself the time and grief and look elsewhere.
