Super intuitive! Super easy to update payment information. My bank changed my credit card "for my protection" this is one of the few apps I own that this was not a hassle to accomplish. Apple Pay integration is seamless and realtime. One of the best apps of any merchant out there!!

This app made it so easy to book a hotel. So much easier than doing it on a website. Love it! Will use again.

I have used the app for two hotel reservations, received confirmation emails, and then, when I arrived at the hotel, was told they didnt have my reservation in their system. Yesterday, after being on the road 10 hours, I exhaustedly arrived at my hotel and was told I didnt have a reservation. I called Expedia, as did the hotel, and was told they would fax (?!) my reservation immediately. 30 minutes later, nothing had arrived. I finally cancelled my Expedia reservation and made a new one on the spot with the hotel--at $10 cheaper! Ill never use this app again.

The app is crap, ill designed, difficult to use, not logical, just almost useless. I use it for "quick" search but then I give up and go to the website. The website has deteriorated too in the last few years. I cant even email myself a decent itinerary. Youd think that Expedia would put effort into it like Amazon but it seems their executives are blind and stupid. Jeff Brazos at Amazon understands the customer.

No option to book multiple rooms.

Ive been using Expedia for over 10yrs now. I have seen them grow and love it. I wish the app offered more. When booking a hotel Im not able to see the rest of the title non-smoking type of things and I cant see on the app the small details of why one 2 bed price of $150 differs from one 2 bed price of $148. And I love how the app gives me more reward points. YAY! Im bummed I didnt see the $25 off coupon that I couldve used about 2 mins ago for booking my hotel stay. Bummer. I also love how it shows on my calendar!! App keeps getting better and better.

So I made a reservation at this hotel I usually go to , when I arrived to the hotel and ready to checking the guy told me they sold out

Erasing it before I have even used it. Will not get my itinerary, but I have retrieved it on my computer and iPad. Whats the point?
