When I’m arrived at my destination in Coatzacoalcos Veracruz and I when to get my rental suv vehicle the hertz attendant said that he cannot find my reservation and when finally he find it he said that he did not haved any suvs available and I have to drive a little sedan 4 door car I’m really dissatisfied about this situation because the reason I rented an suv is because the comfort of it and I get a down sizes vehicle without any discount

A recent update has led to me having to not only login but also verify myself every time I use the app, even on the same day. It’s a bit irritating.

En cuanto a los pasajes aéreos dicen una cosa en cuanto a la política de las maletas y cuando llegas al aeropuerto tienen otra política y debes de pagar mucho más por los equipajes. Absolutely horrible experience with Expedia. And we were regular customers…until now. We missed our flight from Paris to Switzerland. We ended up buying a one way flight for layer that night, direct with Air France for nearly $800! As we had other bookings to get to, also & unfortunately made thru Expedia. That was all bad enough however, upon preparing to fly back days later, we get a notice that our, previously paid for, return flight has been canceled since we didn’t make the forst leg of it, what?? There was no previous communication to us on this matter. It has been explained since that this policy is found in the contract (aka: fine print) whatever! So we end up booking a 4 hr train for another $300 to avoid the $800 flight repeat. And our prior $400 charge with Expedia was never used but fatteed their bottomline. We called Expedia, and Swiss Air, numerous times to remedy this but to no avail. All they could do is point fingers at ea other playing the blame game. In fact, it was explained to us that “the Expedia App canceled the return flight but that it wasn’t done by Expedia,” huh? This one is untimately on Expedia, our trusted “travel agent.” Shame on thm for this poor business practice and total disregard for supporting a Silver level, repeat customer for years. So what should have been $400 cost us $1500. Bravo Expedia!! Now to get this word out on numerous platforms to warn others.

I tried getting an answer to one question just one but every form of contact i found would send me to an ai.
'I was declined to rent due because I only use a debit card I do not owe a credit card so I was unable to rent a car. That said the company is unreasonable to work with. I pay my airline tickets with Expedia and they accepted the debit card plus when making the reservations for the rental the charged my debit card. The information provided indicated a debit card or credit card was acepeted. Please explain Expedia or enterprise /????
We’ve been working on gettting a refund from a horrible hotel stay since the 2nd week of March. The hotel has approved it and has sent everything over to Expedia and yet Expedia is still holding the refund hostage. This is not okay and we will be seeking another route to go about this if needed. It’s unethical and disgusting what they are doing.
Absolutely horrible. Hopefully someone learns from my mistake. From now on I will work directly with service providers rather than use this app. I purchased 30 days at an extended stay hotel through Expedia totaling over $2,000. In the SAME DAY that I bought it, I received word that I would need to be in a different city after a week. With this, I tried to cancel/modify the stay. After a total of 10 hours of phone call time and Expedia + the hotel throwing their hands up and saying they are unable to change my booking and shifting the responsibility onto the other party… I am left with NO SOLUTION. Talked to every manager every customer service line just for them to say “my cancelation/modify button is greyed out.” Why would I call in for support to modify the booking if I could do it myself in the app? Clearly that’s my issue and I’m calling to find someone of higher authority who can. So let this be a lesson. Once you pay them. They will take your money and not give a second thought to you or your situation should it change GOD FORBID. Congratulations Expedia. Enjoy my money today because it is the last cent you’ll get from me and anyone I associate with. I am appalled and disgusted with your practices.

Nice place. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was great. Our room was big and very cozy. They have a washer and dryer. It’s just a couple minutes off US 101.
My stay was fine. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The cookies in the evening were a nice touch and a good way to end the afternoon. Overall the hotel could use updating but this hotel provides a good safe place to stay.

It’s impossible to login, the entry fields don’t allow you to enter the confirmation code the they require you to enter to login. Seems like they can’t even do the top of he funnel basics
You must be very careful with what you book through this app, most of the time hotels have cost overruns and they are usually up to 30% additional to the initial, I do not recommend it be very careful when using it

MFA doesn’t allow you to use a phone number that is already taken. I hope you don’t have multiple Expedia accounts. The links provided to view your itinerary only direct you to install the app, but the reservation doesn’t appear on the account.
Most of the time Is is good. But when there is issues during your stay, it’s hard to get support to help resolve.
They ask for a review before doing anything. Just open the app and get asked for a review so here it is.
I was out of town and the mobile application lagged a couple times that it changed my dates. No one in the support team could help me to make the change. They lied over and over again saying they were trying to contact the hotel to make the change for me and I was literally standing in front of the front desk and not a single call came in through. I even ask for a supervisor Arci was the name and not even the supervisor was able to help. Worst customer service, they definitely do not care for their customers. I have been a customer since 2019. I’m deleting the app and would never use their services again.
I downloaded the Expedia app today because I have a flight coming up this coming week. All the information on Expedia was outdated by a month. Frontier Airlines changed my flight information over a month ago and Expedia is still showing I’m leaving at the original time, what good is that? The last thing I need is more confusion and conflicting information days before a flight.!

Our daughter goes to KU. The location is super handy to the school a was one of the cheaper prices per night. Our room was good, the bed excellent and shower great. Would definitely do again.

Food was cold with no variety and how to get your room smelled like dog urine
Everything was first class. My wife could walk only a few feet and they gave us a location. Very close to the front desk.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Very kid friendly. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were amazing and the water crystal clear.
