Terrible

This app, and Expedia generally, has terrible customer service. No way to make changes, submit feedback, or contact Expedia through the app. Instead you must navigate their awful phone system which is plagued by endless loops, interminable auto recordings, and technical glitches. Not what you need when paying international phone rates I might add. Will not be using them again.
