Terrible Support

App says to call their number. Been calling for 3 days and I am more on hold than with agents and nobody is solving problems. On the app you cannot write the complaint. They never call back, even if they promise and lately dont even pick up. Lied about our accommodations and now pretend like its all ok. Will dispute the whole package once we come back home. It was a terrible mistake using Expedia in the first place. Have all documented on paper and email and pictures from a different world in reality. Its all good if there are no problems. Good luck to you if you ever encounter some. They screwed our vacation.
