Total Horror Show

I used Expedia once before but will NEVER use them again.
I booked a flight for an wedding 4 months in advance. Got the confirmation from them and paid for my flight. I decided (thank goodness) to go to the airport to select my seating directly from the airline only to be told I had no reservation.
I called he 800 number and got someone in the Philippines whos grasp of the English language was limited. She told me three times she could see my reservation but it took a lot of convincing to make her understand the airline could t " see it."
After an hour on the phone she said it was all straightened out..what shoddy service..and I will still call the airline to make sure it was done.
