Food was cold with no variety and how to get your room smelled like dog urine

Everything was first class. My wife could walk only a few feet and they gave us a location. Very close to the front desk.

I’ve been trying to cancel my hotel due to the hotel’s air conditioning breaking. So far, I’ve called Expedia >6 times and have been hung up on every time. Please just use Expedia to look up a hotel and book directly with them.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Very kid friendly. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were amazing and the water crystal clear.

It was very difficult to cancel a booking. I will never go through Expedia again. It also cost $46 even though it was billed as free cancellation.

Book a mid size suv, you still get a small suv

I booked a vehicle reservation unknown of a $300 security deposit until rental retrieval. It only say amount due of the daily fees. It was a huge inconvenience!! The security deposit needs to be mentioned upon reservation!!

I have used Expedia for a lot of years. This tool makes planning travel and accommodations easy to research and book. It proactively reminds you of your trip and anything you need to do as you move toward departure. Thank you.

Expedia is my go to place to find the best deals and most reliable. Been using them for 14 yrs or longer. They’ve got your hotel, flights n rent a car all in one place.

The interface is confusing and terrible and can’t get a rental made urgently to save your life. But the rooms are apparently very cheap. Spend an hour on Expedia and find the right room. But not for tonight.

Expedia needs to update their app, I have to login every time, it will not save my credit cards, this has been happening for almost a year now, I'm ready to go to a different agency, so irritating

Any app seems better. They used to be a great company, but no longer worth it.

Basically good Hampton Inn room, had poor location facing roof. Bathroom had empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Got a good nights sleep.

When there is no one to contact but a robot, you can go down the drain. Never again…

The app is very glitchy, I’ve updated and deleted then reinstalled, still so glitchy. To message or view hotels.

While on a call to upgrade a flight, an employee in a foreign country cancelled my entire trip without my consent. After several calls and emails, Expedia blamed me for the cancellation.

I had a trip planned with multiple hotels and car rental. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to horrible stomach flu. I did purchase the coverage in case of cancellation. It is nearly impossible to find the terms for this coverage. When I did find it after I cancelled I find out I have to have a doctors excuse to get a refund. I can't make it to a doctor as I can barely leave my bathroom. I don't have a regular doctor to call in and get a excuse from. This is a waste of money and I will never book through this app again.

I really want to work w/this company! I purchased tickets for family and two of the three had time issues for departing flights. I cancelled in less than 4hrs of making reservations bc changing times was SOOO difficult. 7-14days for my card to be credited and now After canceling flights, they have not been cancelled! WTH???? Helpppp!!!!

Adding big fees to hotel reservations - over $60 Asked why the additional cost - taxes/fees were the answer. They didn’t identify that they were not the Marriott when I asked. FRAUDULENT, we will never use Expedia again.

I booked a room back in December and I was told it was within walking distance to US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis turns out it’s 8 miles from the stadium. so I was trying to cancel my room and try to rebook something closer, but apparently nobody has my reservation besides the actual hotel and since I booked it through you, they cannot cancel it. It’s very frustrating. I was on the phone for well over an hour and a half. Talking to Hotels.com, talking to Expedia and talking to the hotel themselves. but reservationist at the hotel was a very pleasant and tried to help as best she could. My reservation is for April 10, 2025. here we are on April 3 and still not able to get anything taken care of because I don’t have a reservation number from an email that was supposedly sent to me which I did not receive. I will never again use Hotels.com or Expedia.

Very difficult to modify. Settings is invisible so any changes are hard. Text conf codes don’t work it’s a mess. Sorry I ever used it

Doesn’t load my itinerary…. And won’t show me what I booked.

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to find a receipt for a previous trip and unfortunately their AI assistant can only help me book upcoming trips and cannot get me in touch with a live agent. I rely on AI for my job as well but when I need to have human interaction. We certainly have that available for our customers.

I don’t know why but this app hasn’t worked since the latest update. It frequently freezes and can’t load anything. They need to fix this ASAP as I frequently use this app for business.

So when an airline cancels and you need to rebook Expedia is impossible to reach! Will never book thru them again!! Terrible customer service

Finding a hotel was an emergency situation trying to get out of town from a level 5 tornado. Booking through here was easy but there was an error at check in and the hotel said they fixed it and now I have been charged twice for a 1 night stay. The hotel said I have to contact Expedia but I cannot get anyone to help me.

I like Expedia they have always been true and helpful. Good price finds and always up to date
